For Return:
Please provide the reason for the return.

The email should include the following information:
- Order number
- Specify whether it's for exchange or return
Exchange and Return Costs:
Inside or outside Jeddah, the customer bears the shipping costs for both exchange and return processes.
For exchanges, the customer pays for the shipping both ways.
The shipping cost depends on the city registered in the order.
